Our Patron, Alain Roux’s beautiful riverside Brasserie, Roux at Skindles, is wonderfully positioned on the banks of the River Thames, in Maidenhead, Berkshire. It offers delicious homecooked dishes, prepared in our open kitchen, using the best quality ingredients and represents incredible value.
With seating for up to 60 guests, the relaxed ambience is complemented by an open kitchen, allowing our talented chefs to be part of your dining experience.

Our Brasserie & Cocktail Bar offers a wide range of tasty seasonal dishes across its A la Carte menu along with a monthly Table d’hôte 3-course menu (served Tuesdays-Thursdays – lunch & dinner and Fridays – lunch). Along with an extensive wine, spirits and Cocktail list, our friendly team deliver service with big smiles!
Located on the ground floor, the stylish Brasserie opens onto a riverside terrace with seasonal seating available to take advantage of the glorious views across the River Thames in Maidenhead.
Our stunning first floor Cocktail Bar and its all-weather terrace offers an extensive drinks menu delivered by our expert Mixologists, Happy Hour (Tuesdays-Saturdays 4.00 pm-6.30 pm), live music every Friday from 7.00 pm as well as dish selections from our A La Carte menu.
