Roux at Skindles is a very busy Michelin listed French Brasserie, situated on the banks of the River Thames, owned & operated by the renowned Roux family.
We are looking for a professional & creative chef to join our kitchen team as a Sous Chef – If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a busy environment, we would love to hear from you.
Experience is essential & you will also have professional qualifications (eg City & Guilds 706 1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent). This position would suit an experienced Chef de Partie looking for their first Sous Chef position or you will already be an experienced Sous Chef used to working in a busy kitchen.
You must already have the right to live and work in the UK.
We offer the following:
Salary: £40,000.00 – £42,000.00 per year depending on experience
