Ricardo Ferreira

Head Chef

Originally from Portugal, Ricardo is a highly talented and driven chef whose wealth of experience across the hospitality industry includes five years as Sous Chef at our sister restaurant, 3-Michelin starred, The Waterside Inn, as well as Stoke Park Country Club and Heston Blumenthal’s The Hind’s Head.
During his career, Ricardo was also chosen to be part of the consultation team ahead of Alain Roux’s takeover of Le Normandie restaurant at The Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok.
Committed to developing and supporting students across the hospitality sector, Ricardo has previously held the prestigious position of Chef Lecturer at one of the UK's leading Hospitality & Culinary Arts Education providers - Westminster Kingsway College.
Ricardo lives locally in Maidenhead and in his free time enjoys playing sport with his young son.
