Stéphane began his broad career in Scotland, having moved from his native France at a young age to take a role at the Turnberry Hotel, Turnberry. After a few years as General Restaurant Manager at The Honours Brasserie by Martin Wishart in Edinburgh, Stéphane joined the Roux at Skindles team, bringing with him a wealth of experience in restaurant and front of house management. More than just a career, hospitality is Stéphane’s passion. A skilled professional, Stéphane combines a love of food and wine with complete customer focus.
